Hi we are Loc Lear 2010 Windows & Doors we are setting up a dealership network with 25 locations in mind across Ontario. Our dealership sell for $15,000.00 each and is like a franchise but not. We work with endependant owned business men and women and provide training, product knowledge and marketing. I have 2 questions.

1. We invoice our dealer with a balance of the dealership fee of $15,000.00 less their deposit of $1000.00 could we factor this invoice to the dealers. If we could do this that would mean more working capital for us and more working capital for them.

2. Our dealers sell our product windows and doors and instals them we would like to know if our dealers could offer the home owners a financial package such as 12 equal payments or the 1 year No Payment option to the end user.
